Tuesday morning was calm and tranquil, and then the phone rang and it was our friends at BBC Essex Radio.

Dave Monk, one of the DJ's on that morning was discussing the issue of using mobile phones for payment as a trial is being run here in the UK early next year.  One of the journalists over there remembered that when he last spoke with me I had told him how I thought that cash would start to diminish in use heavily within the next decade.

So on the back of that they called me and wanted me to speak to Dave Monk LIVE on air!  To say that the experience was interesting is an understatement, and we're disappointed we couldn't get a recording of the phone interview.

However (and most importantly) it was a good plug for Atlas and if anybody at the BBC stumbles across this, I would like to be on the TV next please, or maybe just a regular radio slot to start with??  I'm not fussy...
